2. Hosting & server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technical data (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested page, browser/OS) to operate the website and defend against attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation).
Retention: depending on the provider (typically a few days to weeks).

3. Contact form

If you contact me via the contact form, I process the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, subject/details, message) to handle your request and, if necessary, ask follow-up questions. In addition, a ticket code is generated so your request can be clearly assigned.

Processed data

  • Master data: name
  • Contact data: email address
  • Content data: subject/details, message
  • Ticket code to assign your request
  • Technical metadata: IP address, user agent, referrer (if transmitted)

Purpose of processing

  • Handling and answering your request
  • Protection against abuse/spam (e.g. rate limiting, security checks)
  • Traceable assignment via ticket code

Legal bases

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (request / pre-contractual communication)
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: security, abuse and spam prevention)

Retention / deletion

  • Technical metadata (IP/browser/referrer) is anonymized after 7 days (deleted/set to NULL).
  • Contact requests are deleted at the latest after 90 days (depending on processing status).

Note: Please do not send sensitive information (e.g. passwords, tokens, payment data) via the contact form.

4. Cookies / tracking / analytics

I use no tracking and no analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

Technically necessary cookies may be set when you use protected areas (e.g. admin/login) to manage sessions. These cookies are required for operation.
